Our family has been registered with Aupair World for a long time. Lately, I deactivated my profile! As I wished to log in today, it did not work! Has my profile (No. xxxxxxx) been deleted for good so that I need to create a new one? Thank you in advance for your reply. Kind regards Nina R. Why do we delete inactive user profiles at Aupair World? Data protection and the security of personal information is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we delete login details, if profiles are not being actively used for more than two months. Security comes first!
